We use top-tier commercial-grade lighting custom-built for your home, which we maintain, store, and replace yearly if anything goes out. You're renting a full-service experience—not buying tangled lights you'll never want to deal with again.

Everything. We provide the professional-grade lights and materials, installation, maintenance throughout the season, takedown, and storage for next year.Already have your own lights? We can install them for the same service price, or you can turn them in for credit toward your Halen Homes lighting.

Not for issues with our lights or installation. If a bulb goes out or something related to our work stops working, we'll come back and take care of it at no additional charge. Most maintenance requests are handled within 2–3 business days, depending on weather and scheduling.For power issues or other problems unrelated to our work, your first two visits are included. Additional visits are $45 each.

We typically have all lights removed by the middle of January, and takedown is included with your service. You can request an earlier takedown or keep your lights up through the end of January for an additional $45.

No. Your Christmas light service automatically renews each season unless you tell us otherwise. We'll already have your lights and previous installation information stored, making the following season even easier.

Our standard options include white, multicolor, red & white, red & green, red/white/green, blue & white, all red, all blue, and all green. Specialty colors are also available for an additional cost.

Every home is different, so pricing depends on the number of windows, the services you choose, and the difficulty of the job. We'll provide an exact quote before anything is scheduled.

We offer exterior-only or interior + exterior window cleaning. Exterior cleaning includes the glass, trim, and sills, with screens removed and reinstalled as needed. Screen cleaning and track cleaning can also be added to your service.

Only if you're having your interior windows cleaned. For exterior-only cleaning, you don't need to be home. For some two-story homes, we may ask that screens be removed beforehand if they can only be accessed from inside.

Yes. We'll remove and reinstall screens as needed while cleaning your windows. If we find a damaged screen, we can also repair it for you for an additional charge.

Every window cleaning comes with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You don't pay until you're happy with the work, and if you notice something afterward, contact us within 30 days and we'll come back and make it right.

Most clients have their windows professionally cleaned once a year. Some prefer twice-yearly or quarterly service to keep them clean year-round.
